|
This bill
simplifies the fee charged for assistance from the Department of
Environmental Protection (DEP) in submitting a voluntary response action plan
by basing the fee on 1% of the assessed value of the property up to a maximum
of $15,000, starting January 1, 2018. This upfront fee rather than a cost
recovered fee will result in a minor cost savings to the Uncontrolled Sites
Fund within the DEP. |
