This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $58,932 in fiscal year
2017-18 and $75,848 in fiscal year 2018-19 to the Employment Services
Activity program within the Department of Labor for one Eligibility
Specialist position and related All Other costs to expedite the processing of
employer applications for certification required for the federal Work
Opportunity Tax Credit. This fiscal
note assumes an October 1, 2017 start date. |

Additional costs
to the Bureau of Employment Services to prepare and submit the required
report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
