This legislation
may result in less benefits being distributed from the Unemployment
Compensation Trust Fund as a result of fewer individuals being eligible for
the benefit. The savings to the Fund
will depend on the number of labor disputes over time and the number of
individuals that would have been eligible for benefits under current law but
will no longer be as a result of this legislation. |
