Additional costs
to the Board of Real Estate Appraisers within the Office of Professional and
Occupational Regulation, Department of Professional and Financial Regulation,
for rulemaking and other administrative functions associated with
establishing a licensing requirement for appraisal management companies can
be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. The amount of dedicated revenue to be
received by the board from initial licensing and renewal fees can not be
determined but is expected to be minor. |
