	This legislation amends the labor relations laws governing public employees to require that the determinations of arbitrators with respect to controversies over all subjects including salaries, pension and insurance, be binding. This may result in increased personnel and other direct and indirect costs to the employers of these public employees.  The impact cannot be determined at this time.
