The Governor's
proposed budget already includes General Fund appropriations of $2,000 to the
Fire Protection Services Commission in each of the two years in the biennium.
This legislation requires disbursement of the full $2,000 by September 1,
2017 and again by September 1, 2018. There is no change to the appropriation
amount or to the fiscal year in which the appropriation is made. |
