Any additional
costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result
of reviewing certain parcels of land classified under the Maine Tree Growth
Tax Law for compliance with the forest management and harvest plans for those
parcels, assisting landowners with coming into compliance and reporting
noncompliance to municipal assessors are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
