from slowing future minimum wage increases will depend on the salary
schedules in place at the time the increases occur, but would most likely be
minimal, if any. |

Government, any municipal savings would depend on the existing rates of pay
for employees in each municipality when the reduced increases take effect and
on decisions by individual municipalities to react. |
