Amend the amendment by inserting after the title the following:

Amend the amendment by striking out all of sections 3 and 4.

This amendment eliminates the provision in Committee Amendment "A" that requires that funds be provided to entities to establish new collaborative workspaces. It also removes the language that directs the Department of Economic and Community Development to prioritize development of new workspaces in the competitive application process and to engage in at least 2 rounds of competitive applications. The amendment also removes the one-time General Fund appropriation.
