Resolve, Requiring the Department of Public Safety To Study and Determine What Constitutes a Violation of Air Space by a Drone

Sec. 1. Drone airspace violation study and determination. Resolved: That the Department of Public Safety shall study and determine what constitutes a violation of air space by a drone. The department shall report the results of the study to the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety by December 4, 2019.
