Sec. 1. Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to amend rules. Resolved: That the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices shall amend its rules no later than October 1, 2020 to allow a certified candidate under the Maine Clean Election Act to use money disbursed from the Maine Clean Election Fund for expenses related to an election recount.
