An Act Concerning Funding of Alternative Organizational Structures
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §1461-B, sub-§7 is enacted to read:
7. Funding. An alternative organizational structure must be funded at the same level as a school management and leadership center under chapter 123.
