Amend the amendment in section 1 in §1210-C in subsection 3 in the 5th and 6th lines (page 2, lines 32 and 33 in amendment) by striking out the following: " notice must be provided in the same manner as the manner used by the consumer to purchase the subscription" and inserting the following: ' seller must provide for online cancellation of the subscription by any means of communicating information over a computer network'

Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
