An Act To Repeal the Board of Licensing of Dietetic Practice
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §12004-A, sub-§11, as amended by PL 1989, c. 878, Pt. B, §4, is repealed.
Sec. 2. 10 MRSA §8001, sub-§38, ¶K, as enacted by PL 1995, c. 397, §11, is repealed.
Sec. 3. 22 MRSA §256-B, sub-§1, ¶K, as enacted by PL 2005, c. 327, §2, is repealed.
Sec. 4. 32 MRSA c. 104, as amended, is repealed.
