Resolve, To Streamline the Process by Which Schools Receive Fresh Fruit and Vegetables

Sec. 1. Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program application. Resolved: That the Department of Education shall assist elementary schools with the application process under the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program authorized by the federal Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 and administered by the department.
