Amend the bill by inserting after the enacting clause and before section 1 the following:
‘Sec. 1. Report. The University of Maine System shall submit an annual report on the progress of the 3-year study of the browntail moth infestation conducted by the University of Maine System to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over agricultural matters and the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry no later than March 1st for the duration of the study.’
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
