Resolve, To Change the Work Requirement Rules under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program

Sec. 1. Department of Health and Human Services to amend rules for work requirements under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program. Resolved: That, by January 1, 2020, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rule 10-144 C.M.R. Chapter 607 to include a Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program participant's attendance at the medical and mental health appointments of the participant's children as a life management skill and job readiness activity.
