Amend the resolution in section 20 in the 14th and 15th lines (page 1, lines 18 and 19 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " , except when the Legislature by proper enactment has authorized alternative signatures for persons with disabilities," and inserting the following: ' , or, as authorized by law, the alternative signatures of persons with physical disabilities that prevent them from signing their own names,'
