An Act To Continue Authorization of Seaplane Landings on Katahdin Lake
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §909 is enacted to read:
§ 909. Seaplane landings on Katahdin Lake
Notwithstanding any other law or rule to the contrary, a seaplane may land on and take off from Katahdin Lake in Baxter State Park.
