Resolve, To Address the Population Shortage in Rural Maine

Sec. 1. Rural Maine relocation program development. Resolved: That the Department of Economic and Community Development shall work with the Northern Border Regional Commission to establish a position to administer a program of grants and financial incentives that is designed to recruit working families to relocate and bring a contributing labor force to rural areas of the State.
