An Act To Continue the Green Power Offer for Electricity
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 35-A MRSA §3212-A, sub-§3, as amended by PL 2015, c. 25, §1, is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill is reported out by the Joint Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities and Technology pursuant to Joint Order 2019, H.P. 1530. This bill removes the repeal of the requirement that the Public Utilities Commission arrange for a green power offer for electricity.
