Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
Amend the bill in section 1 in §1215 in the next to the last line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " $50" and inserting the following: ' $25'
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following:
‘Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funding for an increase in the per diem paid to jurors from $15 per day to $25.
