Amend the amendment by inserting after the title the following:
Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act Increasing Municipal Agent Fees for Motor Vehicle Registrations
Amend the amendment in the first paragraph after the title in the first and 2nd lines (page 1, lines 12 and 13 in amendment) by striking out the following: "in section 1 in paragraph B in the first line (page 1, line 4 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " $1" the following: ' not more than' " and inserting the following: 'by striking out all of sections 1 to 3'
Amend the amendment by striking out all of the 2nd to 5th paragraphs after the title (page 1, lines 14 to 21 in amendment)
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
SUMMARY
This amendment strikes the provisions in the bill that allow an increase of municipal agent fees for watercraft, snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle registrations.
