Amend the amendment in subparagraph (6) in the last line (page 1, line 15 in amendment) by inserting after the following: "duty" the following: ' except for the use of marijuana permitted under Title 22, chapter 558-C'

SUMMARY

This amendment excepts from the disqualification from unemployment benefits for marijuana use the use of marijuana permitted under the laws governing the medical use of marijuana.
