Amend the amendment by striking out all of subparagraph (6) (page 1, lines 14 and 15 in amendment) and inserting the following:
(6) Intoxication while on duty or when reporting to work , or unauthorized use of alcohol or marijuana while on duty except for the use of marijuana permitted under Title 22, chapter 558-C;
SUMMARY
This amendment excepts from the disqualification from unemployment benefits for marijuana use the use of marijuana permitted under the laws governing the medical use of marijuana.
