Resolve, To Require the Construction of a New District Headquarters Building for the Bureau of Forestry in Fort Kent

Sec. 1. Construction of district headquarters building. Resolved: That the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry shall solicit bids for the construction of a new facility in the Town of Fort Kent to house the district headquarters for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Bureau of Forestry. The bids must be solicited no later than 90 days following the effective date of this section and the successful bidder shall begin construction no later than 60 days following award of the contract.
