Amend the amendment by inserting after the 2nd indented paragraph after the title the following:
‘Sec. 2. Transfer of funds. Resolved: That, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the State Controller shall transfer to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund $350,000 from the Public Reserved Lands Management Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds in the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry no later than January 1, 2020.’
Amend the resolve by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
