Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘Resolve, Regarding the Adoption by the Maine Land Use Planning Commission of Rules Relating to the Adjacency Principle and Subdivision Standards for Land Use Districts’
Amend the bill by striking out everything after the title and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. Maine Land Use Planning Commission report. Resolved: That, on or before January 15, 2020, the Maine Land Use Planning Commission shall submit to the Joint Standing Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry a report regarding the commission's adoption of rules relating to the adjacency principle and subdivision standards for land use districts, including, if available, a copy of such rules finally adopted by the commission. After reviewing the report, the committee may report out legislation relating to the subject matter of the report to the Second Regular Session of the 129th Legislature.’
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
