‘ 2. Unenrolled voter participation. Notwithstanding section 340, subsection 1, a registered voter not enrolled in a party may participate in a party's presidential primary election without enrolling in that party. An unenrolled voter may vote in only one party's presidential primary election.’
Amend the bill in section 4 in §441 by striking out all of subsection 2 (page 1, lines 24 and 25 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
