Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund deappropriations of $11,754 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $12,052 in fiscal year 2020-21 due to a prohibition on the use of electroconvulsive therapy on a child under 18 years of age or a person over 65 years of age or a person who is pregnant. Federal Expenditures Fund deallocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
