	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $1,810 in fiscal year 2018-19. The uncommitted balance of the Legislature's study budget for fiscal year 2018-19 is $6,910. Whether this amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.

	Additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to serve on and provide staffing service for the commission are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
