This bill requires
the Department of Corrections to establish a 4-month pilot project to assist
in the rehabilitation of individuals incarcerated at the Cumberland County
Jail who are experiencing substance use issues or addiction. The bill
includes General Fund appropriations of $250,000 in both years of the
biennium for this purpose. |
