The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Board of the Maine Children's Trust
Incorporated of $1,000,000 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to stabilize the
work force by bringing salaries of home visitors in line with comparable
positions and to reduce any waiting lists for home visiting services to
provide child development education and skills development for new parents. |
