The Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor will require ongoing
General Fund appropriations of $41,322 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $52,947 in
fiscal year 2020-21 for one half-time Labor and Safety Inspector position and
related All Other costs associated with investigating potential violations of
the law regarding employer inquiries of the compensation history of potential
employees. This assumes an effective date of October 1, 2019. |
