|
The Employment
Services Activity program within the Department of Labor will require General
Fund appropriations of $47,711 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $61,467 in fiscal
year 2020-21 for one half-time Employment and Training Specialist III
position and related All Other costs to establish a process to certify
employers that demonstrate best practices in working with employees with
substance abuse disorders. This
preliminary fiscal impact statement assumes an October 1, 2019 start date. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services from the provisions of
this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
