The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$15,000,000 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to account for a decrease in
funding in MaineCare from the adjustment of funding between the Maine Center
for Disease Control and Prevention program and the Medical Care - Payments to
Providers program in the Fund for a Healthy Maine to focus on tobacco
cessation services. |
