The Department of
Health and Human Services is projected to require General Fund appropriations
in the next biennium. The funding begins in fiscal year 2021-22 with the
funds required to build the Riverview Forensic Treatment and Rehabilitation
Center with ongoing operating costs set to begin in fiscal year 2022-23 for
all staffing and contracted services to run the facility.
This cost estimate assumes a Request For Proposal would be released in
fiscal year 2019-20, the building would be completed in fiscal year 2021-22
and the facility would be up and running in fiscal year 2022-23. |
