costs to the Department of Environmental Protection as a result of updates to
rules implementing the Returnable Beverage Container Program that allow
returnable metal beverage containers to display redemption information
anywhere except the bottom of the container are anticipated to be minor and
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
