This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $1,556,944 in fiscal year
2019-20 to the General Purpose Aid for Locals Schools program within the
Department of Education to increase the cap on the total allocation for a
career and technical education center or a career and technical education
region whose sum of the program components pursuant to 20-A MRSA section
15688-A, subsection 1 is greater than the most recent expenditure data, as
adjusted for inflation to the year prior to the allocation year, from 5% to
15%. |
