Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $616,962 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,252,097 in fiscal year 2020-21 to extend MaineCare dental services to a person 21 years of age or older who receives support services for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, brain injury or any other related conditions. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
