The permanent
removal of the provision requiring the Efficiency Maine Trust to dedicate 50%
of the funds in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative Trust Fund (RGGI)
toward residential programs and 50% toward commercial and industrial programs
may change the ratio of funds dedicated to each program but will not change
the overall level of expenditures from the RGGI Fund. |
