|
This bill
includes one-time General Fund appropriations of $400,000 per year in fiscal
years 2019-20 and 2020-21 only to the Doctors for Maine's Future Scholarship
Fund within the Finance Authority of Maine.
This bill also requires the State Controller to transfer $400,000 in
both fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21 from available balances in Other
Special Revenue Funds accounts within the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation to the General Fund unappropriated surplus on or before
June 30th of each fiscal year to reimburse the General Fund for the
appropriations in the bill. |
