Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $213,010 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $214,074 in fiscal year 2020-21 for shared decision-making counseling and annual screening for lung cancer for MaineCare recipients who meet the eligibility criteria recommended by the United States Preventive Services Task Force. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
