Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes  General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $74,392 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $76,949 in fiscal year 2020-21 for one Social Services Program Manager position to administer all issues related to the placement of a child with a relative. Other Special Revenue Funds allocations will also be required for the federal funds match for the position.
