This resolve
authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial
Services to sell a parcel of state property located in the Town of East
Millinocket. Proceeds from the potential sale of this property will be
credited to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau
of General Services - Capital Construction and Improvement Reserve Fund. According to a preliminary assessment
conducted in March of 2018, the parcel was valued between
$225,000-$260,000. |
