|
This amendment
removes the annual appropriations of $1,500,000 and instead provides a
one-time appropriation consisting of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and
$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry to contract with a nonprofit organization that
provides statewide hunger relief services. |

This amendment
also adds one-time transfers of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and
$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund from the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund. |
