Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill provides appropriations of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to contract with a nonprofit organization that provides statewide hunger relief services.  The bill also includes one-time transfers of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund from the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund to reimburse the General Fund for the appropriations.
