The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of
$150,628 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $93,509 in fiscal year 2020-21 for one
Chemist II position to perform certifications and travel to law enforcement
agencies across the entire state to perform these certifications annually and
a one-time appropriation for a 908 portable mass spectrometer required to
perform preliminary testing prior to certification. |
