costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry or the
Department of Environmental Protection as a result of a ban on the sale of
motor fuel containing more than 10% ethanol by volume unless the fuel is in a
sealed container containing one quart or less are expected to be minor and
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
