Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
Establishes new Class E crimes and civil violations.
The additional workload associated with the minimal number of new cases and civil suits filed in the court system does not require additional funding at this time.
The collection of additional fine revenue will increase General Fund and dedicated revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
Any additional costs incurred by the Department of Environmental Protection related to a prohibition of the sale and use of coal tar pavement products can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
